What is Lone Star Compact?
Lone Star Compact is a streamlined version of our classic restaurant, featuring a more efficient layout of just 175sqm to 250sqm. It’s the perfect fit for high-density urban areas, regional centres, and lifestyle towns where space is at a premium, but the demand for high-quality, fast, and friendly dining remains strong.
Each Compact location supports 80–100 seated guests, with a welcoming café-style layout, integrated bar service, and a strong focus on fast counter service and click-and-collect. With support for third-party delivery apps, Lone Star Compact is engineered to meet the expectations of today's digitally connected diners.
