The Lone Star Compact model is an exciting evolution of our brand — a full-service restaurant concept designed to operate in a space between 175sqm and 250sqm. This smaller format allows us to maintain everything our guests expect: warm Southern-style hospitality, our iconic menu of Kiwi favourites, cold drinks, and unforgettable atmosphere — while reducing overhead costs and opening up exciting opportunities in new regions like Whanganui.
